Activation flow

Please open using Android mobile phone

Open the Google Play Store app then tap“Menu”
Tap “Account”
Tap “Payment methods”
 
Select “use 1O1O billing”, and then enter your billing address and tap “Save”
You have activated Google Play Direct Carrier Billing

Terms and conditions apply to make purchase in Google Play:
1. Google Play Direct Carrier Billing (“Service”) is a Value Added Service for designated personal customers of 1O1O service plans (Except Tertiary Student U-Plan and pre-paid card).
2. The Service is only available with compatible devices.
3. All Google Play purchases are made at Google. Prevailing Google Play Terms & Conditions apply.
4. The service can be used to settle payment when purchasing apps, games, books or rental movies from Google Play. Purchase amounts will be charged to your 1O1O monthly bill.
5. The Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each service plan(which is to be shared by all Direct Carrier Billing Services ) as below:
(Effective from 1st June, 2021):

(up to $2,000 for selected customer*)
*1O1O would send the notification Short-Messaging-Service (“SMS”) to the qualified selected customers. Customer may apply to us for review of the limit by calling our service hotline (2888 1010). The decision of 1O1O on the spending limit is final.
6. If a customer’s purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, payment cannot be settled using the service.
7. 1O1O reserves the rights to update the spending limit regularly and without giving the customers any advance notice. The latest spending limit will be published at 1O1O website from time to time.
8. Any download of content from Google Play and use of the service will incur data charges at the prevailing rate, or deducted from subscription plan entitlements, and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply while using the service and Google Play abroad.
9. Refund of purchase charges can be performed only by the developers of the app or Google. The service provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) serves only as a method of payment. If a refund is required, the customer must contact the app developer or Google directly. Any refund request must follow Google’s refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#policy).
10. The customer agrees to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. For details of the agreement, please go to: https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.html.
11. Any Clubpoints earned by using the Service is subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by Club HKT Limited, available at https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html .
12. CSL reserves the right to change or terminate the service or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.
