Direct Carrier Billing Services is a Value Added Service for designated personal customers of 1O1O service plans (Except Tertiary Student U-Plan and pre-paid card) (“Service”).

The Service is only available with compatible devices.

All App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud purchases are made at Apple Prevailing App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud. Terms & Conditions apply.

The Service can be used to settle payment for purchases made at App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud (“Purchases”). Purchase amounts will be charged to your 1O1O monthly bill.

The Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each service plan(which is to be shared by all Direct Carrier Billing Services ) as below:
(Effective until 31st May, 2021):

If a customer’s purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, Service will be suspended until next calendar month.

Any download of content from App Store and iTunes and use of the service will incur data charges at the prevailing rate, or mobile data consumed will be deducted from subscription plan entitlements, and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply while using the Service and App Store , iTunes, iCloud and Apple Music outside Hong Kong.

Any download of content from Google Play and use of the service will incur data charges at the prevailing rate, or deducted from subscription plan entitlements, and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply while using the service and Google Play abroad.

Refund of purchase charges can be performed only by the developers of the app or Google. The service provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) serves only as a method of payment. If a refund is required, the customer must contact the app developer or Google directly. Any refund request must follow Google’s refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#policy).

You understand and acknowledge Finals.AI Products are provided by Find Solution AI Limited (“Merchant”).

To pay for Finals.AI Products with monthly 1O1O bills, you will have to subscribe to your Finals.AI subscriptions via Finals.AI, a third party subscription platform not operated by 1O1O (the “Third Party Subscription Website”) and elect to pay with monthly 1O1O bills. Billing Service only opens to designated personal account customers who subscribe to a 1O1O service plan (except primary and secondary student SIM plans, personally-named business plans and prepaid cards).

ChargeSpot Rental Service are made subject to prevailing ChargeSpot Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the ChargeSpot app.

You understand and acknowledge that ChargeSpot products or services are provided by ChargeSpot.

You further understand and acknowledge that CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) acts only as a billing agent for ChargeSpot in relation to ChargeSpot products and services. Subscribe to iCloud+ 50GB Storage Service by designated link would entitle to free the first three months offer (“This Promotion”). This Promotion is valid from 1 May 2022 until further notice (“Promotion Period”).

This Promotion is applicable only to free 5GB iCloud users when applying for This Promotion within Promotion Period.

Each Apple ID can redeem This Promotion for once only.

You understand and acknowledge Pubu Products are provided by NUAZURE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (“Merchant”).

To pay for Pubu Products with monthly 1O1O bills, you will have to subscribe to your Pubu subscriptions via Pubu, a third party subscription platform not operated by 1O1O(the “Third Party Subscription Website”) and elect to pay with monthly 1O1O bills. The Third Party Subscription Website is operated and owned by Pubu. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) only provides the billing services. Monthly and annual Pubu subscription plans are applicable only to designated eBooks. The eBooks out of “All You Can Read” section need to be purchased separately. You can find the fees scheme at Pubu website (https://www.pubu.com.tw/).

The Service is only available with compatible devices.

The service can be used to settle payment when purchasing apps, games, books or rental movies from Google Play. Purchase amounts will be charged to your 1O1O monthly bill.

The Google Play Direct Carrier Billing Service is subject to a spending limit in each bill cycle for each service plan (which is to be shared by App Store & Apple Music) as below:
