1O1O 5G Prestige service - 24-month NOW Golf Pack Privileges Terms & Conditions:
  1. The promotion runs until further notice.
  2. Customers are required to subscribe, or upgrade, to a designated 1O1O service plan and agree to a minimum commitment period of 36 months. Also payable is an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month.

The above-mentioned Now TV mobile service plan bundle (“Value-added Service Plan”) is applicable only to new Now TV customers or designated existing customers who are newly subscribing to Now TV service for the first time (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers are exempt from having to accept a 24-month Now TV service commitment period. This exemption applies to the Now Golf Pack. Now TV may change or terminate the promotion or content at any time, without giving notice. Please contact one of our sales representatives for details. Each Eligible Customer can utilise this offer one time only. For details, please refer to the Now TV service application form – Now TV service pack. The monthly fee for the Value-added Service Plan will be charged to your 1O1O bill (if applicable). The commitment period in respect of the Value-added Service Plan is 24 months and begins from the effective date specified in the Value-added Service Plan contract, as part of 1O1O's mobile communications service (if applicable). After installation or subscription to Now TV service under the Value-added Service Plan, customer can simultaneously subscribe to the above-mentioned value-added service bundles, or other Now TV channel bundles not included in the value-added service selection. The service fee for these other Now TV channel bundles shall be charged to your Now TV bill. At the end of the Value-added Service Plan commitment period, the Value-added Service Plan shall continue to provide the designated monthly fee (HK$155 for the Now Golf Pack) to the customer until he/she gives Hong Kong Telecommunications Limited at least 30 days' written notice to terminate subscription to the Value-added Service Plan (or any other commitment period required by the Value-added Service Plan contract for 1O1O mobile communications service, if applicable). If any subscription under the Value-added Service Plan is terminated, the Value-added Service Plan shall also be terminated, and Now TV Limited and Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited shall not be held liable for any responsibility in this regard. If a customer's broadband service is provided via the same data line delivering Now TV service for the Value-added Service Plan, and if broadband service is terminated for any reason, Now TV Limited may also terminate the Value-added Service Plan for the Value-added Service Plan customer, and shall not be held liable for any responsibility. If a customer's broadband service is provided via the same data line delivering this service for Now TV service, and if broadband service is terminated for any reason, Now TV Limited may also terminate this service simultaneously and shall not be held liable for any responsibility. If customer terminates the Value-added Service Plan prematurely during the commitment period, he/she must immediately pay CSL the early termination fee. This amounts to the total of the Value-added Service Plan commitment period's remaining monthly fees. Now TV service shall be terminated accordingly. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the Terms & Conditions stated in the mobile service agreement, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions are based on the English version (any Chinese version provided is for reference only). Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and applicable only to designated areas.   6. Use of the Link Hong Kong Open 2024 season pass is subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by The Hong Kong Golf Club (“the Partner”).
  7. The Link Hong Kong Open 2024 season pass shall be deemed null and void if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid Link Hong Kong Open 2024 season passes are non-refundable nor replaceable.

The reservation service provided by 1O1O's Personal Assistant team is not subject to any co-operative relationship with the venue or organiser. All reservations are subject to the relevant golf club's arrangements and availability. 1O1O customer service ambassadors act on behalf of customers with their authorisation to book golf courses by giving third parties customer information provided during the telephone or WhatsApp booking request. All personal information obtained by telephone or displayed by the online booking system is solely for the purpose of making bookings. Each 1O1O and 1O1O HOME customer can make flight arrangements relating to a golf course reservation for ONE non-1O1O and 1O1O HOME customer only. If a customer reserves a flight for four or three, then flight arrangements relating to a course booking should include at least TWO 1O1O and 1O1O HOME customers ; If a customer reserves a flight for two or only one, then flight arrangements relating to a course booking should include at least ONE 1O1O and 1O1O HOME customer. Each 1O1O and 1O1O HOME customer can make a maximum of six reservations at any one golf course per month. In the case of The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course, each player can play a maximum of four games per month. When a player reaches this limit, the booking shall be suspended and any bookings made for the same month shall be automatically cancelled. Each player (including 1O1O, 1O1O HOME customer and non-1O1O customers) must provide a full name, mobile number and HKID number (subject to the request of the golf course concerned) when requested by 1O1O service ambassadors. The above-mentioned reservation service must be accessed from a 1O1O and 1O1O HOME customer's own telephone number or via WhatsApp. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited shall be final and binding.
